Adopt-A-Highway Program is a system for residents’ organizations and companies that have adopted a section of trunk road to carry out cleanups and tree planting. In return, municipal governments install a “foster parent” sign on the relevant section of highway. The companies taking part can advertise their involvement in social contribution.
